| Registration packets may be obtained in any school building beginning June 23rd, 2008 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. | |
| Children must be five years old on or before September 1, 2008 and residents of Mokena Public School District 159, to be eligible for Kindergarten during the 2008-2009 school year. Parents must provide an original state birth certificate at the time of registration. A birth certificate is the only document that will be accepted as proof of a child's age. Birth certificates are available from the county clerk in the county where the child was born. | |
| Parents must provide three pieces of evidence verifying residency, one from Category I and two from Category II. | |
